Voicemail

Help w/Vonage voicemail...? Well unfortunately, my family has been trying to reach me and have left me tons of messages but I didn't know that I had any cause my darn phone doesn't save em. I have to log on to my account to see all the messages. I've tried enabling my voicemail online but that still doesn't work? Can anyone help?
